@ERA, We operate a franchise business and various types of real estate sales and marketing, both domestically and internationally. We are confident in our team and we have been committing to stay put in operation. The most important factor is our valued customers who are buying and selling or investing in real estate with ERA. These factors have been contributing to our long-term key success since 1993.

@ERA, We do not adapt to change but  We create change!  Throughout the years since the operation of ERA Thailand in 1993, we are a key player and change maker in the real estate sales and brokerage industry. Back in the year 1993, the  real estate brokerage business was not well-accepted in general, ERA was the first organization to set up the transparency and create value of the real estate resale system until now it has been accepted throughout our network in Thailand. We also create an online computing system to promote sales and marketing among our ERA members. ERA was the first kickstarter to launch an online home selling program on the Internet, thus ERA was a pioneer to advertise home selling on the website. In particular, ERA initiated the first training program of real estate sales and brokerage industry in Thailand starting from the very first training program called “ERA Sales System Training” and it has been thoroughly modified to be “ERA Smart Agent Training” To date, our training program has been updated the techniques and the contents of the modern learning [Learn & Earn Concept] in a form of Active Learning by presenting through “ERA Real Estate Camp”, which emphasizes the understanding of the learners rather than the theory of the working methods. In this upcoming year, ERA continues to develop our curriculum and launches a new sales training course under the program “My 1st Million with ERA” along with many more training programs available for ERA members at no cost!*

@ERA, We continue working on innovation. Since 1993, we launched electronic home selling network. In 1997, we promoted real estate sales via internet marketing. In the year 2000, we invented the ERA 24/7 Property Search Program and in 2007 we had our ERA mobile marketing on mobile phones. By the year 2020, ERA Thailand is introducing 2 new mobile applications called  “ERA TOS 2020” for secondary market and “ERA Connect” for primary market. These programs will support our sales team and improve our performance to be more efficient. ERA TOS 2020 or ERA Thailand Operating System 2020 will play a big role of business management in the resale property market, whereas, ERA Connect enhances the new project marketing and sales management to be linkable among Asia Pacific’s development. Nevertheless, our business key success is to support and improve our agent’s performance to be more effective at any changing market circumstances.  We are confident that these programs will enhance the best results and improve our agent’s performance to achieve their goals.
